This documentary does a wonderful job of capturing Jiro’s dream, hard work and passion as a sushi chef, owner and creator. At the age of 85 years, he still continues to push forward to improve his skill, simply because he is in love with what he creates.

I don’t dream of sushi, but I do dream often about the person I will become, the places I will travel and the work I will create. Watching this made me fall in love all over again with what is possible when as Jiro put it, “failure is not an option because turning back does not exist”.
