Normally when we think of practice, we immediately think of mastering a skill in some form of art or athletic ability. Rarely do we make it a goal to master our inner strength the way we would to set a goal to lose weight or save money. With all great things, 1st comes practice. Not saying it will be easy, but with all things, practice does have the ability to make it better.
