Each day we are presented with opportunities to live out our dreams. And by dreams, I mean enjoying what is rightfully ours, our happiness. But if we don’t feed our dreams, we miss out on living a life we can be truly happy about.
Normally when we think of practice, we immediately think of mastering a skill in some form of art or athletic ability. Rarely do we make it a goal to master our inner strength the way we would to set a goal to lose weight or save money. With all great things, 1st comes practice. Not saying it will be easy, but with all things, practice does have the ability to make it better.

Inspiration is everywhere, but it’s also a funny thing, because you never know exactly where, what or how it will show up in your life.

Sitting here in an all too familiar place. And by familiar place, I mean starting over. No matter what the situation is, we’ve all had our turn and experiences at starting over. It’s normal and sometimes necessary. It can be scary or it can be exciting, either way, I’m not so sure I can say it will be easy, but if done with purpose it can be worth it and I’m definitely up for that! I’m a true believer that as long as we keep moving forward, we are guaranteed a few thing; 1. It will get better, 2. We will learn something new about ourselves and life, and 3. Improvements never hurt anyone! Below I’ve listed three key things to keep in mind when pushing forward.
