We all have them and we all make them, many times we over look them. But how often do we think about our daily choices as being important, of value or even as a reflection of who we are?

Everyday we have the opportunity to make choices. From the moment we wake to the moment we lay ourselves down to sleep, we spend our entire day in charge of making choices. Some as easy or difficult as what to wear, what to eat, where to sit, who to talk to or even flash a flirty smile to. Who your friends are, who you date and even where you work. Whether it’s a choice you like or not, truth is, it is still a choice.

So many times in life we drift off to that fair away place that take us from reality and into a place I often visit into a world called dreams. And it is often it’s said, that there are two types of people in this world, “those that dream and those that live out their dreams”.

Starting Over… #Plan

Sitting here in an all too familiar place. And by familiar place, I mean starting over. No matter what the situation is, we’ve all had our turn and experiences at starting over. It’s normal and sometimes necessary. It can be scary or it can be exciting, either way, I’m not so sure I can say it will be easy, but if done with purpose it can be worth it and I’m definitely up for that! I’m a true believer that as long as we keep moving forward, we are guaranteed a few thing; 1. It will get better, 2. We will learn something new about ourselves and life, and 3. Improvements never hurt anyone! Below I’ve listed three key things to keep in mind when pushing forward.
